1. In the study of functional materials, We are
· designing an optimal bioengineered implant for recovery of damaged and lost bone tissue,
· developing a technology that can load anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and antioxidant substances on implants, and
· conducting research on materials that can promote osteogenesis in the process of recovering damaged and lost bones.
2. In the study of absorbent materials,
· to develop absorbent implant materials that do not require additional surgery, in case removal surgery is required after implant implantation,
· we are conducting research on alloy design technology, decomposition rate control technology and structural design technology of products for materials that are decomposed and absorbed in the body during the period required for curing.
3. In the study of treatment diagnosis equipment, we are
· developing rehabilitation training equipment necessary for rapid recovery of treatment targets,
· developing health supplements to improve the function of the treatment area, and
· conducting research to develop surgical instruments for various surgical procedures.
